1st Amendment
ObamaCare establish a state sponsored religion, by offering a religious objection to health care. In violation to the first amendment defines religious beliefs having to of been established prior to 1950. The first amendment clearly states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

4th Amendment
ObamaCare allows the government to know your medical history, know your DNA and Blood Type. The 4th Amendment Clearly States: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

5th Amendment
ObamaCare uses the IRS to enforce a $5000 fine if you do not comply. There is no trial and you can not appeal. The 5th Amendment to the Constitution clearly states: shall any person[sic] be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

7th Amendment
ObamaCare deprives citizens of a trial if they do not comply. The 7th Amendment clearly states:  In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

9th Amendment
ObamaCare violates the rights given to the people. The constitution never talks about Privacy or the Governments ability to require the citizens to purchase a product  therefore those rights are given to the citizens. The 9th Amendment clearly States: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

10th Amendment
The Federal Government can not assume powers it does not have. If the constitution did not give a power to the Federal government it is reserved for States and the People. The 10 Amendment Clearly States: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
