PeopleV.US Files Comprehensive Suit on ObamaCare
Las Vegas Attorney Joel Hansen filed in Federal District Court today a lawsuit on behalf of PeopleV.US and several individuals challenging the constitutionality of the "Patients Protection and Affordable Care Act" (PPACA) otherwise known as ObamaCare. The suit alleges that ObamaCare violates 60% of the Bill of Rights making this the most comprehensive suit filed against the Act.
